Preseason No. 18 Hackett climbed to No. 10
in the Hootens Arkansas Football Rankings for 2016. The Hornets, led by All State Sr Ely Stormes (1,777 yds passing -32 total TD's) and All State C Matt Anderson, finished the season 10-2 and made it to the 2nd round of the playoffs
